A little rain couldn’t wash away the Homecoming spirit!

While the weather forced us to cancel our parade and BBQ competition, we were so grateful to see our community show up, enjoy the festivities, and make the most of the weekend. From the rides to the smiles, familiar faces, and conversations shared along the way, you reminded us what Homecoming is truly all about.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who attended, volunteered, participated, and worked behind the scenes to make this weekend possible. We know the weather wasn’t what any of us had hoped for, and we’re especially grateful to those who stuck with us despite the changes and cancellations.

For more than 150 years, the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford has been part of this community, and your continued support helps us carry that legacy forward. Your presence, generosity, and willingness to show up for our children mean more than words can express. To every community partner and vendor that helped make this weekend possible, thank you!

Rain or shine, Homecoming is about community, tradition, and coming together for the kids. This weekend was a beautiful reminder of just how special that community is.

Join us at Masonic Home for Children at Oxford for a weekend of BBQ, live music, fellowship, family fun, and more! Old faces and new, all are welcome to attend! Parade steps off at 10 am on October 10th, with the rest of the activities following. We hope to see you there!
