Fiestas en la Calle Returns to Fayetteville for a Second Year

El Centro Hispano in partnership with The Arts Council of Fayetteville is proud to bring Fiestas en la Calle back to Downtown Fayetteville for a second consecutive year as part of the International Folk Festival. The celebration will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., offering an evening filled with music, dance, culture, and community.

Following a successful debut in 2025, Fiestas en la Calle returns to continue showcasing the vibrant traditions, artistry, and cultural contributions of Latin America. The free, family-friendly event invites residents and visitors of all backgrounds to experience an unforgettable celebration of diversity through live entertainment, authentic cuisine, local artisans, and community connection.

Throughout the evening, attendees will enjoy:

  • Live Latin music and traditional dance performances
  • Authentic Latin American food from local vendors
  • Artisan and community vendor booths
  • A welcoming space that celebrates the diversity and richness of Hispanic cultures

“Fiestas en la Calle is more than a festival. It is a celebration of our heritage, our traditions, and the many contributions that Latino communities make across North Carolina. We are grateful to once again partner with the International Folk Festival to create a space where everyone feels welcome,” said Pilar Rocha-Goldberg, President & CEO of El Centro Hispano.
